Brass Private Investigations LLC is a 100% woman owned business, fully licensed and insured.  We are a professional investigative agency handling a broad spectrum of civil and criminal investigations in a highly professional and, more importantly, CONFIDENTIAL manner.

Brass Private Investigations LLC was established by Joanne Brass Pesa, who has been conducting surveillance and delivering service of process since 1977.  Associate member, Maryellen Schook, has been conducting investigations, surveillance and providing service of process since 1992.  This experience and longevity serves as a testament to the quality of our investigations and client satisfaction.

We have a distinct advantage in that we are of the “female persuasion” and few, if any, people expect a female to be conducting covert investigations.   We also have an ethnically diverse staff of experienced investigators as well.  Every case we accept is handled on an individual basis, with the realization that each case has its own unique characteristics that need to be explored fully.

We are also looking to establish a firm foothold with our business clients in the territories of Long Island, the five boroughs of New York City and Westchester County.  To further our goal, the initial consultation is free.  Once we have accepted your case, our hourly rate is $50 per hour and $.50 per mile, plus associated expenses.  (These rates are lower than industry standard.)
